All cable joints are soldered on our premises and subsequently checked by a second staff member for correct polarity and quality of workmanship. The connector is then placed in a specially made injection-moulding tool, in which it is encapsulated with a special plastic at a temperature of 220°C and a pressure of 10 bar.
The cross-sectional area of the conductors in the standard version is 0.25 mm², with PVC insulation. The cable in the premium version has a cross-sectional area of 0.35 mm². Premium cables feature a special insulation material which is 30% lighter, thinner and more durable.
